Annual Fundraising Efforts

We raise funds throughout the year in a variety of ways. Those funds are used to enrich the educational and social experience at Berkeley School. Below is a snapshot of how we use those funds.

Annual Contributions for the School 

  • Discretionary money for each Teacher (e.g. Teacher Wish Lists, Teacher Grants etc)

  • New library books and classroom equipment

  • School beautification projects (Playground Painting, School Stair Upgrades, Picnic Tables, Plants, etc.)

  • Teacher, Staff and Custodian appreciation gifts

  • New Recess Equipment

Annual Contributions for the Students 

  • Assignment folders for Kindergarten

  • Student Planners for the 1st through 6th graders

  • School wide Pumpkin Patch

  • Enrichment programs and assemblies

  • Reduced cost class trips

  • Special Programs T-shirts (e.g. chess club, track & field, etc)

  • Fun Day

  • Basketball Programs

  • Scholarships
